Product Summary The Pro-Ject Speaker Box 12 E Carbon is a floorstanding loudspeaker designed for customers who want a bigger, more room-filling presentation than compact standmount speakers can usually deliver, while still keeping a relatively elegant footprint in the room. It is a strong option for customers who want more scale, deeper bass and a more effortless sense of dynamics without moving to an oversized or visually heavy cabinet. A big part of the appeal is the way it combines serious output with a clean, modern design. The Speaker Box 12 E Carbon uses a 2.5-way layout with a 1 inch silk dome tweeter and twin 6.5 inch carbon fibre glass bass and mid drivers, helping it deliver stronger bass weight, better stereo scale and a more substantial overall sound than smaller speakers can typically manage. That makes it especially attractive for customers who want music to feel fuller, more spacious and more convincing in medium to larger rooms. It is also built with thoughtful attention to cabinet design and day-to-day practicality. The rear-ported non-resonant MDF cabinet, sand-filled gravity mass-point construction and magnetic speaker grilles are all aimed at giving the speaker a more stable, more refined presentation while keeping the appearance clean and easy to live with. For customers wanting an affordable floorstander with real hi-fi presence, strong bass capability and a smart room-friendly design, the Speaker Box 12 E Carbon is a very compelling choice. Please note that these speakers are made to order and so will take longer than our usual standard delivery time.
